Searches are not case sensitive - searching for shakespeare is the same as searching for Shakespeare.
If you enter the keywords forgiveness and hate the search will return any quotation that contain either forgiveness or hate.
If you precede a keyword
with a plus sign every quotation that is returned will contain this keyword.
For example, to find quotations that contain both forgiveness and hate enter
the keywords +forgiveness and +hate .
If you precede a keyword
with a minus sign any quotation containing this keyword will be rejected.
For example, entering the keywords +friend +enemy -Lincoln will set up a
search for quotations which contain the words friend and enemy but do not
contain the word Lincoln.
If you are searching for
a phrase enclose the phrase in quotation marks
For example, if you are searching for quotations that contain the phrase
to the moon use a quotation mark before and after the keywords e.g. "
to the moon".
