       Explore feelings and emotions related to the life changes you are experiencing as a caregiver in a safe and supportive environment. Our group is a place to examine and share your unique experience with others facing similar challenges. A place to realize the immense gift you give to those you care for.

*Explore feelings of loss & grief, guilt, anger, anxiety, sadness, depression, & isolation.

*Develop ways to communicate your needs and set boundaries.

*Deepen your connection with your own inner strength and resources.
